Roanoke, Texas has an airport, and that airport has no control tower. Pilots fly in and out of the airport, and carefully watch the run way and the skies to insure that this doesn't happen. According to KFFA TV the plan that landed on top of the red plan was piloted by a...wait for it...student pilot and flight instructor. And believe it or not, the two pilots were neighbors as well. Wow.
